Initial Consultation
Following the submission of all necessary documentation, you'll meet with a BCBA from our team. Expect a thorough discussion about your child, family dynamics, and behavioral concerns. Based on this information, our BCBA will determine the most suitable assessments for your child's needs.
Assessments
Our assessment procedures may include observations, data collection, and interviews. The BCBA will conduct a tailored formal assessment to address your child's specific requirements. Common ABA assessments include Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment Placement Program (VB-MAPP), Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills – Revised (ABLLS-R), and Promoting the Emergence of Advanced Knowledge (PEAK).
Treatment Plan Development
Each treatment plan is customized to meet your child's unique needs. Following the assessment phase, we'll develop a comprehensive plan addressing skill deficits, familial concerns, and educational goals. This plan includes assessment results, treatment objectives, teaching methods, and therapy schedules
1:1 Direct Treatment
Our 1:1 student-to-technician ratio ensures focused attention on enhancing positive behaviors and reducing negative behaviors across various settings. Behavior Technicians or RBTs implement behavior skill programs outlined in the treatment plan, utilizing ABA techniques to teach communication, socialization, and self-care skills. BCBA supervision is continuous, with regular updates to treatment plans.
Educational Advocacy
Navigating educational institutions can be overwhelming. Our educational advocates assist parents and students in accessing academic accommodations and resources. We ensure that students with disabilities and challenges receive appropriate support, facilitating a seamless plan for educational success.
Support in Inclusive Environments
An inclusive environment refers to an environment where all learners feel supported intellectually and academically. Inclusive environments are crucial for all learners. Our team ensures that your child's surroundings encourage their full participation, particularly during early childhood, when learning through exploration and peer interaction is vital for development.
Parent Family Training
Here at ABA Day by Day, we believe in working as a village! We aim to partner with families in order to provide a safe, healthy environment for your children, where they are given the security they need to develop, flourish and realize their greatest potential! Subsequently, Parent Training is a cornerstone of every treatment plan. It allows clinicians to collaborate with families, improving their proficiency in Applied Behavioral Analysis best practices and fostering a supportive community for your child's progress.
Respite Care
We offer compassionate, high-quality respite care for families of children with autism and other developmental needs. Our respite services provide temporary relief for primary caregivers while ensuring children receive safe, structured, and engaging support from trained professionals. Whether in the home or community, we tailor each respite experience to meet the unique behavioral and emotional needs of the child, promoting consistency, skill-building, and peace of mind for families.
